Summer 2025: July 7th-August 15th

We offer a 6 week summer intensive broken into three 2-week sessions.

  • 4-8 year old** AM program: 8:30am-11:30am

  • 6-11 year old** PM program: 12:30pm-3:30pm

    ** 6-8 year olds can only sign up for either the AM or PM program, but not both

Session 1: July 7-18

Session 2: July 21-August 1

Session 3: August 4-15

You can register for one session, two sessions, or all three sessions in our summer social skills intensive program.

Program Tuition

Any 1 session: $1,315

Any 2 sessions: $2,630

All 3 sessions: $3,945

(3% discount is offered when you pay by cash or check)

Payment may be made in the form of credit/debit cards or checks made payable to “Camp Pegasus”, mailed to:

Payment & Registration Policies

Payment is due immediately upon your child’s acceptance in order to reserve their spot in the program.

Registration is completed on a first-come-first-served basis. Because space is so limited in this program, your child’s registration is not confirmed until payment in full is received. Regardless of when you begin the admission process, if payment is delayed the program may fill before your child’s registration is confirmed.

Insurance Reimbursement

We support families’ efforts to receive out-of-network reimbursement from your health insurance company. At your request, we provide a monthly “superbill” (receipt) that lists all service dates and billing codes required by healthcare companies. Superbills are only available after paid completion of services and not in advance as an “invoice”.

Refund Policies

Once your child is registered, if you elect to withdraw your child(ren) from the program by the end of the business day on May 31st, you will be refunded the full amount you paid minus a $50 administrative fee for each child that will be withheld to cover the costs of the admissions review process.

If you elect to withdraw your child(ren) from the program on or after June 1st, tuition is non-refundable for each child unless we are able to immediately fill those spots with a candidate from a waiting list.
